What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 10am-2pm.
Closed on Sunday. -
When should I arrive for my consultation?
Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin the process of preparing for spa-like treatments.

How do I schedule my free consultation?
To schedule an appointment or ask questions about a service or treatment, please call 281-491-0413. You can also find more information at SkinPerfectAesthetics.com.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand there are times when you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please notify us 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge for the service.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Financing is also available for your convenience. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift cards are available for any service or product we offer. Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

Do I need to tip my aesthetician or provider?
No gratuities allowed.

Is there a place to store my personal items?
We recommend you leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

Can I receive a refund on products or treatments?
Due to health concerns, product may not be returned or refunded. Service packages that are rendered will not be refunded. If you are concerned by this issue, we recommend you try a single treatment before purchasing a package. We will apply the purchase price of a single treatment to your package price. Refunds for pre-paid services or service packages ceased due to medical necessity will be reviewed by management for approval.

Who performs the fillers and injections?
All fillers and injections are performed by all of our current staff and supervised by our spa director. All staff is certified in BOTOX® and Injectable Fillers.

Will my insurance cover products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures?
In general, insurance will not cover products, medical spa treatments or elective cosmetic procedures.

How is Skin Perfect Aesthetics different from other medical spas?
Skin Perfect Aesthetics is owned and operated by two Certified Physician Assistants that also own and operate a successful pain clinic in the Houston area. They understand the needs of their clients and what it takes to provide exceptional service. In addition to their qualifications, their Medical Director is Board Certified and has over 20 years of laser experience.

All laser treatments can be performed by all of our staff. All staff is certified in laser therapy.
